Our Story

The water we drink, as essential to life as the air we breathe, is increasingly unsafe and impure. We have increasingly become dependent on canned/bottled water, which is stagnant and acidic affecting our health in the long term. Chemical spills; unprotected water sources, contaminated supplies, and chronic pollution may be the source of such bottled water that we drink everyday. On the other hand, established home water purifiers are often ineffective and inefficient in terms of post sale maintenance and services and exploit customers for the same.

In late 2016, Dhairyashil Khatal, our Founder, and his team bonded over a shared vision to solve this problem. Determined to find a way to make water pure, safe, healthy and affordable for everyone and revolutionizing the way we drink water at home in the process, Dhairyashil founded RentVolcano.

With thorough innovation, Volcano Water Purifier was created in such a way that it was durable – would not break down easily and hence would require least maintenance other than regular filter changes. To achieve highest quality, Premium customized filters were sourced from Sweden. Patent-pending Volcano REmin Mineralizer was developed to enrich water with Natural Essential Minerals making it healthy and alkaline.

Dhairyashil then came up with a Rental model to make such premium water purifiers available to customers at affordable prices. Our Founder strongly believes that people should not pay more to drink pure & healthy water. RentVolcano therefore uses a holistic customers-first approach. Hence, unlike others, RentVolcano delivers on its promises by taking complete responsibility of almost everything - filter changes, maintenance and services during entire association/lease period. RentVolcano looks for a long-term association with all its customers.
